MINIMUM ORDER

• There is no minimum dollar order for credit card purchases. The only minimum is by sellable unit (by bundle or bale).
• $1000 minimum order for  first order on open accounts pending credit approval. Reorders have a minimum of $300.

SHIPPING

• Actual shipping charges via UPS or freight carrier
• Customer Pick Up Available

OPEN ACCOUNTS

• Contact us to set up terms.
• Minimum opening order of $1000, not including shipping charges.
• $300 minimum order for reorders, not including shipping charges.
• Resale Number required

RETURNS

• No returns unless Return Authorization number has been issued by Ponderosa within 5 days of receipt of goods.
• Goods must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
• Restocking fee of 20%
• All returns must be in original condition
• Ponderosa will not pay return shipping fee or refund original shipping fee
• Credit Card will be refunded once goods have been returned and inspected- expect up to 2 weeks after goods have been received
